At MCMS Shipping, we uphold the highest standards of fairness and transparency in seafarer recruitment. No fees or charges for recruitment or employment are borne directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, by the seafarers. We ensure the right to privacy and confidentiality of all seafarers during and after the recruitment process, including the collection, storage, and handling of personal data. Seafarers’ rights are secured and protected through valid employment contracts and signed articles of agreement, ensuring their well-being and fair treatment at all times.
